SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C.
At this time, we do NOT ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories
- APO/FPO military addresses
- International destinations
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING TIME
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after order is shipped.
Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 flat rate on orders under $35
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders $35 and over
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground, depending on package size and destination.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
DELIVERY ISSUES
LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please:
1. Check with neighbors and family members
2. Contact the carrier directly
3. Wait 48 hours (packages sometimes show as delivered before arriving)
4. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us at service@clearloot.com
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged items
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you provided an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
We do not currently ship internationally, so no customs fees apply.
